l Sealed mixing chamber - Mixing in a tightly-sealed chamber to prevent materials from overflowing during the mixing process. 

l Overload protection - Equipped with an overload protection system. Once an increase in resistance is detected due to material softening, viscosity and other reasons, the system will immediately activate the protection mechanism to prevent electrical burns or even motor damage.

Important Things to Know About Drying Mixers

l Temperature setting: Please make sure to set according to the recommended temperature range of the equipment (80-90 ℃) to avoid damaging materials or equipment.

l Material selection: Please ensure that the materials used match the design of the equipment especially the melting point of the material.

l Regular maintenance: Please follow the requirements of the equipment manual for regular maintenance and upkeep to ensure the normal operation and extend its service life.
