Plastic Film Crusher

The working principle of the plastic film crusher is based on the cutting and crushing process. Firstly, the plastic products are fed into the crushing chamber, and through the action of the blade and the rotating mechanism, materials are quickly cut into small pieces. Next, the blades rotate at high speed and tear strongly with the material in the crushing chamber, causing the plastic to gradually turn into smaller pieces. Then the high-speed rotating blade works in conjunction with the fixed blade to quickly shred waste plastic films such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) into reusable pellets. Thanks to the special rotor design to process plastic film, flexible materials are prevented from wrapping around the rotor and jamming.

Crusher Maintenance

2. The bearings should be regularly filled with lubricating oil to ensure the lubrication between the bearings.

3. Regularly check the cutter screws, and after 1 hour of use of the new plastic crusher, use the tool to tighten the screws of the moving knife and fix the knife to strengthen the fixability between the blade and the knife holder.
