Chillers for Plastics Processing

A chiller is mainly used for the cooling of molds for plastic processing machinery. The key components of a chiller include a high-efficiency shell and tube condenser and evaporator, and refrigeration compressor. The chiller can greatly improve the surface finish of plastic products, reducing the surface texture marks. The chiller helps to prevent the product from shrinking and deforming. At Wensui, we offer two types of chillers: water-cooled and air-cooled. For water-cooled chiller and air-cooled chiller, the models are offered with a cooling capacity that ranges from 11.9 kW to 122 kW.

Mold Heaters

The mold heater is used to control the temperature of the mold to ensure that the molten plastic is evenly heated in the mold to avoid quality problems caused by too high or too low temperature. Mold thermostats achieve precise control of the mold temperature by heating and cooling the medium, thus improving the efficiency and quality of product molding. We offer two types of heat-transfer medium: water type and oil type. The maximum temperatures of water type heater is 95℃, 120℃,and 160℃. The maximum temperature of oil type mold heater is 200℃.
