Intelligent Monitoring System

The Wensui stand-alone autoloader is equipped with an advanced microcomputer operation program to ensure high efficiency and accuracy of the production process. In addition, the loader is equipped with an overload and lack of material alarm function, which can be detected and alarmed in time during the production process, thus guaranteeing the stability and reliability of production.

Smooth Conveying

The Wensui stand-alone autoloader provide smooth and continuous conveying performance. The load not only ensures the cleanliness of the plastic raw materials in the conveying process, but also effectively protect the material from contaminants or moisture.

Lightweight and Compact

We designed our stand-alone autoloaders to be compact and light in weight. It can easily be mounted on a dryer or raw material container for automated feeding. The compact design also helps to reduce the energy consumption of the equipment, further enhancing the economy of the production process.

Stand-alone Loaders

At Wensui, the stand-alone autoloaders are available in two models, WSAL-300G and WSAL-400G. The WSAL-300G adopts a carbon brush type motor, which is small in size and strong in suction power and suitable for conveying raw materials. In contrast, the WSAL-400G adopts an inductive type motor, which is low in noise and has a longer service life. This model is capable of conveying raw material and recycled materials (regrind).
