By adopting P.I.D parameter self-tuning bi-directional (heating/cooling) control, its segmented temperature control system ensures the temperature stability of the molds in various states. The temperature control accuracy is as high as ±0.5℃, which significantly improves the production efficiency and product quality.

The Wensui mold heater transfer media is available via water or heat transfer oil. The heaters offer flow rate that ranges from 48 to 470 L/min.
