Wensui WSIA Air-cooled chillers

Wensui WSIA Air-cooled chillers utilize shell-and-tube evaporators to exchange heat between water and refrigerant. This system absorbs heat from the water, cooling it to produce cold

water. The compressor directs the heat to the condenser, and a cooling fan dissipates this heat to the surrounding air (utilizing wind cooling).

Notable features of air-cooled chillers include:

1:Elimination of the need for a cooling water tower, making them ideal for environments prone to impurities. This feature prevents impurity mixing, which commonly occurs in cooling

water towers and can lead to reduced cooling capacity due to dust blockage in the circulation loop.

2:Suitability for areas with poor water quality, thereby reducing dependence on additional cooling water tower accessories.

3:Utilization of a large-capacity condenser, ensuring efficient operation even in hot weather conditions.

4:Compact design, minimizing floor space requirements and facilitating easy installation.

5:Implementation of a top-exhaust design, optimizing airflow and cooling efficiency.

Wensui WSIW Water-cooled chillers

Wensui WSIW Water-cooled chillers operate by using shell-and-tube evaporators to exchange heat between water and refrigerant. The refrigerant system absorbs heat from the water,

subsequently cooling it to generate cold water. Through compressor action, the heat is directed to the shell-and-tube condenser, enabling heat exchange between refrigerant and water.

This process allows the water to absorb heat, later expelled from the external cooling tower via water pipes for dissipation (water cooling).

Key features of water-cooled chillers include:

1:Premium-quality compressors serve as the core of these industrial chillers, sourced from reputable manufacturers in Europe, America, and Japan. These compressors offer inherent safety

features, low noise levels, energy efficiency, and durability.

2:Equipped with a box-type evaporator housing an automatic water replenishing mechanism, eliminating the need for an expansion water tank during engineering installation. This design

accommodates varying temperature ranges and low flow rates, simplifying installation and maintenance procedures.

3:The water-cooled condenser incorporates high-efficiency externally threaded copper tubes. Employing cutting-edge CAD/CAM processing technology in collaboration with CNC

machining centers, these condensers boast compactness, reliability, aesthetic appeal, high efficiency, and energy conservation.

4:Industrial chiller units come configured with a single-chip control system, built-in compressor dryer filters, expansion valves, maintenance hand valve interfaces, and other essential

devices. These components ensure dependable, safe machine operation while facilitating maintenance and repair tasks.

5:The multifunctional operation panel of the industrial chiller includes an ammeter, control system fuse, compressor switch, water pump switch, electronic temperature controller, various

safety protection indicators, and unit start-up and operation lights. This user-friendly interface simplifies operation and maintenance processes, providing ease of use and ensuring the

machine's reliability and safety.

Wensui WSIW screw chiller

Wensui WSIW screw chiller earns its name from its primary component, the screw-type compressor. This chiller operates with a gaseous refrigerant emerging from the evaporator. Once compressed adiabatically by the compressor, the gas transforms into a high-temperature, high-pressure state. This compressed gas undergoes isobaric cooling and condensation within the condenser, transitioning into a liquid refrigerant. Through expansion via the throttle valve, it shifts to a low-pressure gas-liquid mix. At this stage, the low-pressure liquid refrigerant, which is both cool and low in temperature, absorbs heat from the cooled material in the evaporator, transforming back into a gaseous state. This gaseous refrigerant re-enters the compressor through a pipeline, initiating a new cycle. These four processes constitute the refrigeration cycle and represent the fundamental operational principle of the screw chiller.

1:Enhanced by a microprocessor controller and a high-resolution LCD touch screen, ensuring straightforward and user-friendly operation.

2:Utilizes RS485 communication transmission technology, allowing compatibility with PC computer monitoring.

3:Offers real-time monitoring of the actual temperature at any given moment.

4:Facilitates access to current and historical fault records for quick diagnostics.

5:Incorporates newly imported compression machinery alongside high-efficiency shell and tube condensers and evaporators.

6:Supports multiple languages for broader accessibility.

7:Features a range of safety measures including delayed start, water flow fault detection, overload protection, high and low-pressure protection, and low outlet water temperature

protection, ensuring operational safety and reliability
